I like this card quite a bit. It may cause you to eat up your mana faster, but I don't mind if I can burn my opponent every time I play a spell. Not to mention this thing turns Shock into an instant speed Volcanic Hammer. And speaking of the hammer, with two of these, you can essentially Lava Axe for four mana. That's pretty sweet, but it's only worth playing in decks where red is the dominating color. This seems to be a lot of fun to play in Izzet decks but two red means it's a bit more difficult to play.

The third or fourth best of the leylines. Meant for aggro decks were your spells are usually cheap and the constant pinging will put your opponent into lethal damage/burn range. 3/5

 

[Felix Feral Fezirix]

On a fast deck, this turns your opponent into cannon fodder. On a slow deck, it's useless. Very situational. One of the better Leylines. 3/5.

Erm... Spell = Everything short of placing a land...
Therefore, it just means constant pinging.
"I put down Arcbound Worker, you take one damage! Pwnt!"

Oh....I can imagine that moment.....

Thus I conclude....

Goblin = Cannon fodder + material to make opponent cannon fodder.

Goblin decks should abuse this. Abuse like crazy.
