Pretty unique card. An 8/5 that deals 8 damage, but having a toughness of 5 hurts a lot.
I guess you could have Slagwurm Armor with this so you can take a max of 11 damage which can be sweet. But having Slagwurm armor in a red deck......... yeah that thought can't be possible.
Not to mention, 8 mana aint the cheapest lemonade on the block.
