Myojin of Night’s Reach comes into play with a divinity counter on it if you played it from your hand.
Myojin of Night’s Reach is indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it.
Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Night’s Reach: Each opponent discards his or her hand.

This will be the last time I hijack the COTD for a while. I'll wait until Dissension to get back at it.

If you're playing this card, you have to do it quickly. Get some stuff out that makes you mana quickly. Save those Dark Rituals for this guy and see what happens when your opponents lose their hands on turn 4 or 5. The later you play this card, the less of an impact it will have on the game. It's not bad, it's just meh.

2.5/5

Instant speed discard is always nice, but it really depends on what decks you play this against. This works nice against control, but not so much against aggro. The indestructability and five power are good, but the toughness is too low. 3/5

Ah. Nice card. Very situational. COunter-spell decks will start crying when their hand gets thrown, and having it instant speed is always good. Its power and toughness are pretty sad things, however, but heck. Something to consider sideboarding, but main decking it isn't a good idea unless you know what you're doing. 2.5/5
