I really like this card. This card would be awesome in Super Trample decks. Not to mention, this makes Boomerang, Terror, Banish, and Shock useless and not to mention counter spells. 7 mana shouldn't be a problem for green, only the blood thirst. Trample makes it up and should be a big threat for Green.

The can't be countered and protection from instants is great, the seven mana cost not so much. The 3/3 body kinda sucks, so you have to at least deal 4-5 damage to make this worth casting. 2/5

Seems like a lot of bloodthirsty creatures have below average power/toughness for their cost without Bloodthirst triggering.

For 7 mana, being immune to both countering and instants makes this creature control's ultimate hoser. And with Bloodthirst X, it can make it somewhat large and strong enough to handle the 7th turn game.

Unfortunately, Bloodthirst is fairly unreliable IMO and being immune to countering and instants doesn't guarentee anything. Volcanic Hammer could potentially fry it as well as a whole list of red burn. Also, immunity to countering in general isn't amazing, as Blue counter magic has been quite weak since Odyssey Type 2.
