Instant speed draw card. I'd still prefer Brainstorm since it doesn't require you to spend all your mana to draw cards and youd still have to discard equal ammount of cards, unless your willing enough to sacrifice a permanent. Go with Brainstorm.

This card can give you massive card advantage, but at a steep cost.I guess it's useful if you have a bunch of cards you don't need in your hand hand or permanents you don't need.Overall it's not that great and there are much better draw spells out there. 2/5

It is draw power, but it's way too expensive. It's basically card for card, so you're either not gaining advantage or trading board advantage for hand advantage. The fact that you're spending lots of mana to do it is not a good idea either. 1.5/5

This card is pretty good. It's an instant speed draw so you can play it at the end of your opponent's turn without any worries about tapping out is great. It's also insane deck thinning- Say you somehow pay 10 for X. Well that means you draw ten cards OR you draw, oh say five, really good cards, sac a few creatures with leaves play effects and a land or two(or even five, it'll be worth it) and then just dump the other cards.

It's pretty good for reanimator too where you can just dump whatever you want while still getting the good stuff. In all, the card's well worth it's cost.

Again, another superb card. deserves 4/5 in my book. Yes, it is confirmed card disadvantage, but its true use is not to thin the deck, even though that is part of its usage, and neither is it great in reanimator, but it is absolutely massive in any strain of Tog. As stated, it is an instant, ie it is played at opponent's EOT. It allows the tog player to swap any number of cards in hand or permanents in play for countermagic and disruption, while latently feeding the tog. In extended, people call this EOTRTRIW, an affectionate short for "end of turn read the runes, I win.". When a tog player survives long enough to cast a large enough RTR, it means game over, simple as that. No other card, including fact or fiction, does that better for tog.
