Whenever an opponent plays a spell, that player sacrifices a permanent unless he or she pays 1.
His assistants calculate the amount of the tribute. He measures out the punishment for deliquency.


5 for a 3/3 that basically makes your opponent pay 1 more or suffer a permanent sac. Can get pretty annoying in limited, but 5 mana just to make your opponent pay 1 more mana is not so great. It does get a bit more of a higher rating cuz it survives a shock, but there are better choices for 5 mana.

A decent card, making your opponent pay one for each spell can be useful especially if they play a big spell, but if they have alot of permanents or alot of mana this probably won't effect them.I also think this would have been better at four mana or a 4/4 body. 3/5
