Storm World - Legends. Rare
R: Enchant World
If any player has less than four cards in hand at the end of his or her upkeep, Storm World does one damage to that player for each card less than four.

Cool card. Splash a little blue around this card for constant drawing and your opponent will have to think twice about playing all his cards in hand. With a simple cost of only 1 Red mana, this card is just awesome. I absolutely love this card since you can just have a lot of drawing power, not let your opponent play any cards with this card in play, and stall until you draw your win condition. Since it's red, you can burn little pests in the way and possibly counter with a little splash of blue. Pretty sweet.

Cool, a semi fixed Black Vise in red.Can really deal alot of damage to your opponent, but you have to be careful because it can hurt you too. 3/5

By Type 1 and Legacy terms, this card is fairly useless.

No smart type 1/1.5 player would ever let their hand be smaller than 4 unless they were going for the kill.

If it were a type 2 or even extended legal, I'm sure it'd be somewhat better, as aggro decks like to play out their hands all at once, but only being legal in Type 1/1.5 means it's practically useless, since that format is mostly control.
