yep. 4 for an artifact that makes multicolored spells that much more easier to play. Umm... not really. You still need to pay the COLORED mana costs, even if you have to pay less colorless mana. Not to mention, this card still costs 4. I guess if you're running big multicolored spells with a lot of colorless mana, you could run this...

Then again, I have to read the enviroment (Invasion Block). Of course, the ability is not that powerful, but it is definitely useful.

It's not that useful, unless you're shooting multi-coloured spells like crazy. And since you still have to pay the coloured mana, it's kinda redudent. Of course, it does make the spells quite a bit cheaper, but heck.
