I'd love to see Muk back for the Battle Frontier. While I can't really say one way or another that Brandon will be the "Final" opponent, I would like to see Muk participate in that battle or otherwise. His color is a perfect compliment to Ash's BF Team and Muk rocks all-around.

Something unique and something generic. Elemental Punches sound fun, but we can forget those (except Ice Punch)
Going through its attack lists, I spy many previous attacks that showed up as surprises in the past. Mimic, Rest, Facade.... Those would not be half-bad, but I question if the writers would be willing to go for any of them.
Then there's the standard fare like Double Team, Dig, Flamethrower, and Protect... Any of which would be horendous to have on Muk.
Muk's list of basic learnable level-up attacks are cool enough. Memento? Doubtful. Minimize? Eh... Disable? Forget about it.
