You have to wait for Gengar to come to your door and he'll ask you to escort him to mt.freeze and then after that's done you'll unlock murky cave but you do have to escort him through there or he'll keep tageing along

Yeah, Just Wait for Him to come to your door, First Mt.Freeze then Murky Cave, and then you get Gardevior!

You have to wait a couple of days then he asks to take him to Mt. Freeze and then Murky cave but it is hard cause Gengar dies alot
