I say Shadow Punch over Ominous Wind personally... you may want to consider Earthquake over Brick Break. If you're going to use it as a Tyranitar counter, I'm a little iffy on that... Choice Band Tyranitar... miiiight OHKO I'm not sure. DDtar depends on how many DDs it got.

I suggest bold, but depending on its ivs and evs, it 1hKOs garchomp as long as it has a minimum of 266 special attack with ice beam.

Perish Song isn't good unless you have Mean Look...also rest is bad without Chesto Berry, so Haze and Roost is better...this little fellow is your status absorber..since it has Natural Cure...also for nature...since it isn't sweeping with DD...you might concider Relaxed for more def...altho Adamant is still good.

The nature is fine altho you might wanna go with + def -sp.atk...if you want some spd..also adamant is also an option....as for moves WoW and Pain Split are the best for Dusk...other two...either Shadow/Break combo or Ice/Thunder Punch combo.
