Divecolo sucks, and having Kyogre in your team means this is an uber team, which isn't good because in uber battles, your team will get KOed by Lati@s fairly quickly
The EVs need to be tweaked.

the ludicolo, swampert and lanturn are horrible

surf/ice beam/leech seed/toxic ludicolo (dive is like SWITCH OUT TO COUNTER YEAH)

Curse/earthquake/ice beam/hydro pump Swampert (mirror coat is trash, the only grasser that is used with a grass attack is sceptile who will ohko you without max hp / sdef, and you really shound't stay in anyway. and then HP grass is unaffected by Mirror Coat Hp Grass has to be Countered back.)

Surf/Thunderbolt/Thunder Wave/Ice Beam Lanturn (attract is trash and relying on luck to gain an advantage which proves nothing)
