This is my Wigglytuff, I can't to learn it Counter and Seismic Toss but I think that this moveset could be good.

Sweet Kiss
Wish

It is mostly a Defensive Annoyer with TW and SW, with Wish I can to Heal Pkm and Return is a good Attack for It.
