Pretty good! Where are the hands though? I like it otherwise, maybe try some color to show of your shading techniques?

All I see is a shoddy looking light scan of a girl with a gigantic head and misplaced eye. Her whole body form seems to be unbelieveably thin and small, and she has no hands.
Scan it darker, and I'll be able to be more down to earth with you, maybe.

Erm... It's ok, but you still need to practice a bit.

1. The eye is in the wrong spot.
2. Her head's too big.
3. Why is she leaning.
4. The picture's too light to see it well.
5. She has no hands.

So...yeah. You should practice a bit, but the picture is ok.

You clearly don't know how anime is drawn then D:

Anywhays, like others have said, it's quite light which makes it hard to see. Otherwise, you are a very nice drawer, but it looks a little plain. There's no flair in it that hooks people's attention.
Perhaps a flashy outfit, hair, or personality? :O

So basically what your saying is, no matter how deformed she may be, it's alright because it's "supposedly" an anime style, thusly, every anime artist has their own unique style, and you feel as though it needs no criticism for that sole fact? Interesting. It's obviously ridden with flaws that make it aesthetically displeasing. Sorry to knock you off your high horse there.

Actually, the eye is still a bit off if you look at the face construction. If you draw an imaginary outline of the face that is under the hair, you'll be able to notice that the half of the eye is not exactly on the face (if that makes sense). This doesn't matter if it's a realistic drawing or an anime style drawing.

But not to say that drawing is bad at all. It seems like you are quite young and you have a lot of talent for your age! Keep practicing and you will see yourself getting better and better! :)

Don't feel bad, AnimeStar, we all have flaws somewhere. Use what people say to make everything better until you basically can't ;) That's life.

Don't worry, I like big heads when they're not too big ;) Though you could give her body more curves. The chest is optional, but the back isn't that straight. Neither is the hip or behind, which I won't get into detail to.

Yep, I said all that. Though it's kinda funny, I don't really remember doing so. Huh...>.>

I get a horse? EXCELLENT! =D

I personally don't see what's so wrong about it. Sure, it may not be the best anime drawing I've ever seen, but I don't see the eye as 'a bit off', and anime heads are supposed to be bigger than a normal scale drawing of a human head.

I just don't see all that much to complain about D:

No one's complaining. It's called constructive critisism which I try to give to every one. (and the head is a bit large, but i never said it was 'ZOMG! That's so big! Her body's, liks tiny compaired to her head!' or anything. so yeah.) It's a good thing to tell people where they can improve. Plus, I do know pleanty about drawing anime, so I should be able to help at least a little. So now that that's settaled let's see what AnimeStar draws next time. ;)

Animestar your artwork has a certain unique style to it! I like it! I can't wait to see more keep drawing!

I don't mean to turn this into a flame war or any sort of argument, but every piece of art with good anatomy has to have anatomy that makes sense. Even the most exaggerated anime girls have a general body structure. If you see something about anatomy that you doubt, just ask yourself if the subject, were it given life, would be able to walk, to function properly? [And I don't think that this applies to chibis, before you point that out, because nothing with a head that big is intended to be realistically correct anyway. XP]

What this artist is aiming for is a full-sized girl, and therefore, the anatomy rules apply to the drawing. I know very well that anime styles often have heads much too big for their necks/bodies/ect., but there are some things that you just can't say is correct because it's stylish.

That being said, I actually like this drawing. Of course, it could use alot of improvements. First and formost, you should always draw a bit darker if you want people to be able to clearly see your work. XP Try not to press down too hard, though -- go over the lines again with pencil or pen so that they show up clearly. That should help.

Also, next time, try looking in the mirror beforehand and seeing if a human body like your own can actually bend that way. No matter what body type you are, there are just some things that a human can't do -- it's always good to verify and practice on that, because it'll help your art by making it more appealing -- good anatomy is always nice to see.

I hope you do draw more, and I'd love to give you any advice you want if you think you're up to making an effort to improve. ^^ I was actually going to do a redline on this, but I couldn't get it to turn out right without overshadowing the light lines...XD;;

[Wow, sorry for the long post. I hope I helped, anyway. oo;;;]

Something about her nose bothers me- it's rather large. o.o

And she is very skinny. Too skinny that it doesn't seem human. I know, anime people are always pretty, but they aren't twigs xP I sound mean, don't I?

People's arm and legs usually curve in certain ways- they are never like bent cylinders.
