The lines are somewhat wobbled. Just try to keep yourself from moving the mouse so much (I'm not exactly sure what else to tell you because I don't have the same type of art system. ¬¬; )

This looks pretty good. I agree that it looks a bit wobbly. It looks like a character from the strip comic on the newspaper, but I can't put my finger on it. Kudos to ya for good drawing! ^_^

Her head is GINORMOUS compared to a skinny little body. Her breasts are very awkwardly placed, and her arms look like twigs o.o
And the bottoms of her boots need more curve- where's the heel?
