Perhaps you shoud refrain from using circles as a guide for their heads. Not all pokemons heads are circle, it makes them look distorted and crappy.

Yeah...it's...different...
Since you're using a paint program you could try drawing the head. It might take a while but you could give it a shot.
Anyway, it's a good first try....

Hey it's cool and ya know I only have paint too, don't feel left out... The big heads kind of make the pokemon look cute, the luigi can be improved with a simple smile I think. And for the titles, avoid using the mouse and dragging it... 1. It shows your handwriting sometimes, and 2 It doesn't exactly look neat. Use the Text tool with the black A and go to View>Text Toolbar and use a neat looking font, just set the point size to like 80.

EDIT: Don't listen to the rude parts of others' comments but Cydiquill is missing his flames and todadile is missing something on his head...

Hmm.. well, it's okay, they DO look like what they're supposed to be. My suggestion is that I'd avoid the circle tool on later drawings, 'kay? There's my two cents.
