Well, I'm not much of a Critique, but I'll try...

It's not bad. I like the fact that you used colour, it gives it more life. The shading is decent, as are the fetaures, apart from the nose and mouth. I like the hair. I think he would make a cool Characters, but as you were just experimenting, well done.

Hmm... Kinda reminds me of the quiet one from love hina ^^ As the previous poster stated, the nose kinda bugs me, but the mouth just kinda makes her look kinda upset. Still, again, its pretty good.

The coloring...just ruins it. Please color all empty white spaces.
