I wanted to show off some of my work...don't be condescending but constructive criticism is fine...but remember there is a fine line. Anyways, if you feel like using them go for it just credit me.

Why did you blur and pixelate the render on the second one? It makes the whole thing look really tacky. I like the background effect on the first one, but they both have a large amount of room for improvement. 1 pixel black borders would be nice, too, otherwise banners really look incomplete. They're not bad, but they could be a lot better.

the whole pixelated thing on the second one I actually fixed on another version...I posted up the wrong version and didn't feel like taking the time to change it lol.

Thanks for your input but letting me know more ways in which to fix them instead of just saying they need improvement would be good.

Well like the the first ones background as well. The onlt thing i really can say aboutthe one is that that chatacers outlive is to hard for the banner and seems that the cropping is a little choppy to me.
The 2nd one i like that idea of blur effect but seems way to much and the text to hard to read to me.
I like that over all idea of the banners. Good luck with your future ones.

I don't believe in fixing banners. You make them and they are done, dud or not. Download better brushes, blend renders with better effects. Your brushing is probably the main priority, you have little to none on your current banners, not saying its bad all the time, but seeing some in the future would be nice.

I like the second one. The blur is like looking through water. How did you do it?

True, I also don't really fix banners. Except making some minor adjustments when it's for a big tournament or something like that.

Maybe you should try out some tutorials? Learn some text effects and stuff like that, it could help you get better. But anyway, you just have to keep practising.
