I'd pick a milotic over that gyrados because of the number of electric types and moves floatin around in the bf but I also think that a gengar or gardevoir would slide in pretty nicely with just the regulated smogon movesets. I only ever train up 3 pokes for the BF anyway...

fixed. you had 518 EVs, and sub as a possibility instead of rev, when it should replace endure.

also, give the starmie a brightpowder, since that's the hax item that helps it the most.

Go with Swampert as u bulky water, or as I like to call it, a 'Bulwa'(<_LOL) since u already have Milo.

*If u choose to have Ice beam, you will need some Wish Support. I also find that Rock Slide works well for me over Rest or Ice Beam

w/ Rest.
Rock Slide or Ice Beam won't help too much. After you have cursed up (against a physical Poke) you will need your health back, and because the AI don't switch, its the perfect strategy.
