My Battle Tower Team (Comprised of "Recycled" Pogeys :p)

Shuko

Pippi! Pi!
The Pokemon in this team are mostly made up of Pokemon transferred from my Emerald game. Most have been IV bred and EV trained, and most have a specific use in my old team. Now though, they are handicapped (in some cases) by the new special/physical split, lol.

1. Alakazam (used to be an elemental puncher. Now he's been revamped. We can rebuild him. We have the technology...)
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Timid
Item: Focus Band
IVs: (crappy in everything but Sp. Att [29], Speed [30], and Defense [24])
EVs: (252 in both speed and sp. att, with the remaining points in HP)
Old Moveset:
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch
Fire Punch
Psychic

New Moveset:
Shock Wave
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball
Psychic

2. Blissey (Standard Special Wall. Moveset hasn't changed.)
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Bold
Item: Leftovers
IVs: (everything is over 20, but both Defense and Speed are right at 30. Took a LONG time to breed this one.)
EVs: (252 Defense, 128 HP, 130 Sp. Def)
Moveset:
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Aromatherapy
Toxic

3. Milotic (Special Sweeper. Don't ask me why I chose this one... I thought she was pretty, lol)
Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Modest
Item: leftovers
IVs: (Attack is abysmal, but everything else is good. Special Attack and Defense are 27 and 30, respectivly.)
EVs: (252 Def, 252 Sp. Att, 6 HP)
Moveset:
Ice Beam
Recover
Attract
Surf

4. Magmortar (The newest of the bunch. He's kind of experimental for me... I can't really decide if he's a special sweeper or a physical sweeper, lol. That tells me he's not very strong. :p But he's helped me out a lot.)
Ability: Flame Body
Nature: Careful
Item: Quick Claw
IVs: Unknown
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Sp. Attack, 6 Speed, lol.
Moveset:
Faint Attack
Confuse Ray
Flamethrower
ThunderPunch

5. Absol (Phsyical Sweeper. I don't know what I was thinking in Emerald. For some reason I had flamethrower on him... I also had shadow ball, but that had to go when I brought him to D/P :p)
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Adamant
Item: King's Rock
IVs: (Attack and Speed are phenomenal. 31 on attack, and 30 on speed. Lotsa breeding, lol. The rest aren't so hot, but his Sp. Defense is 25.)
EVs: (252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP)
Old Moveset:
Shadow Ball
Swords Dance
Flamethrower
Return

New Moveset:
Bite
Swords Dance
Aerial Ace
Return

I don't currently have a sixth Pokemon. I mainly use Alakazam, Blissey, and Magmortar for the single battles, although I'm thinking about switching out Magmortar with Milotic when I face Palmer the second time... I'm finding a lack of water moves very frustrating. xD

Exams already?!
For Magmortar, its Special Attack (base 125) is higher than his Attack (base 95), but it still has a pretty decent Attack. Though I'd go for special with something like Choice Specs, or taking advantage of Sunny Day-Solarbeam combo. He has a lot of special move choices like Psychic, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Solarbeam, Flamethower/Fire Blast...

For Absol, I'd recommend taking advantage of Super Luck, but since it's from a GBA game it can't have it, so... Anyway, Absol can learn better physical attacks through level-up, like Night Slash (replace Bite) and Psycho Cut (replace Return, I suppose)...

Hope I helped. :)

Thanks! I'm afraid to level any of them up, lol. They're all currently at level 50, and if I level them up, I don't know how it'll affect things in the battle tower. I guess I could try it and see, but it'll save as soon as I take on the tower, lol.

Well, in the Battle Tower in DP, your Pokémon are automatically and temporarily lowered to level 50 when you enter it... You could enter with level 100 Pokémon if you want, they'd just be lowered to level 50 during your battles at the Tower. That is, there's no problem in leveling them up. :)
