How is Lum and Synchonise bad... Syncronise will affect opponent then after all attacks it heals him... and if I put lefties on him what about skarm... Skarms EV's are not set... everyone uses different things... anyways.. being BF I can't get this to work in Palace, Pyramid, and Factory... and It's just hard in Dome or Arena... Pike and Tower are the easiest... so meh...

No Nature changes especially when a shadow ball will kill me regardless... Gardevoir defencive is a piece of *****...

...which is exactly why it isn't worth putting any more EVs into its Defense, because it won't make much difference.

For my Medicham in the Battle Frontier i use an Endureversaler:

Medicham @ Shell Bell (will say why)
Adamant nature
Shadow Ball
Endure
Reversal
Hi Jump Kick/Rock Slide (deciding on this)

I use Shell Bell because if you want to avoid T-tar switch-ins (which there is barely any of in the Battle Frontier) then you do Endure, they switch to T-tar as you use Reversal, and you get HP back depending on the damage dealt to avoid the Sandstorm damage, then switch out. I'm sure everyone will slate this idea, but I've experimented with it on NetBattle and it seems to work.

choice band is pretty suicidal in the BF imo, it is great for ohko's and stuff, but then you get screwed, especially on the ones where you can't switch

imo medicham > BF without Choice Band

also Trace is clearly better then Synch on Gardy

What else could I put on Medicham Item-wise... The only useable items are Choice Band, Leftovers, Shell Bell (kinda...), Stat up berries (which I'm never getting Leichi and I only have 8,100 Pokecoupon things in colosseum... and Starf and Lansat suck crap...), Scope Lens (Hardly...), and Lum Berry (eh... only in the Pike and Pyramid... and MAYBE palace...)

Also I'm trying to think of a pokemon to use insted of Skarmory... I'm thinking of Milotic for a few reasons:
-I resently found Feebas in my game...
-I bred Hypnosis and the first baby was Bold with the highest possible stats for lvl 5... (which doesn't really mean super IV's but they're good at least...)
-Good Defences...
-Ice Beam can cover 3 of the 4 types not covered (Grass, Ground, Dragon... But not Electric...)
-600,000 EXP to level 100...

I'll start training but I'd like feedback...
