Swords Dance in the last slot for Armaldo, definitely. And HP Bug is better than Brick Break.

Hmmm...I guess Flygon is okay, but you might want to use the standard CB set:

I don't know. It's kind of redundant with Armaldo. Meh, I guess yours will be fine. For Lapras I like Confuse Ray over Sleep Talk, but RestTalking works too.

For your second team, Tyranitar needs either Substitute or Aerial Ace over Ice Beam. That means that you can ditch that Brave nature for Adamant. On Starmie, Recover will help you more in the long run. As for Registeel, it's attacking capabilities are far from good, so use this:
