If I were you, I'd get some psychic pokemon in there considering that's the best type in the game, and psychic resistance is necessary on every team. Also, you'll want another sleeper, and a few pokemon that can paralyse others. If you don't feel its necessary, then keep with what you have, but I'd replace some e.g. zard, fearow and duggy.

thanks ^__^, but how do i get swords dance on charizard and venusaur, wouldnt i need one of the FR/LG move tutors for that?

Well you'll need the TM03 to give them swords dance. I very doubt you'll have access to someone who has such a TM so both can learn it though :/ Again, another reason to ditch charizard would be because it's pretty much rubbish without swords dance. And it's typing is awful. :/

Btw, you can ask as many questions as you want, I won't think you're a noob.
