My Blue Team

I'm starting a new game on my pokemon Blue, and I want to prepare before I start catching pokemon and such. I worked out some movesets, please tell me like... what needs improving and such.

Squirtle:
Bite
Surf
Skull Bash
Withdraw

Spearow:
Drill Peak
Fly
Mirror Move/Fury Attack
Agility

Pikachu:
Thunder
Flash
Quick Attack
Thunder Wave

Sandshrew:
Slash
Dig
Posion Sting
Sandattack

Vulpix:
Flamethrower/Fireblast/Fire Spin
Tail Whip
Roar
Confuse Ray

Bellsprout:
Razor Leaf/Vine Whip
Cut
Sleep Powder
Stun Spore

Sorry but the HM moves are staying on them. And I will evolve them, I just started the listing by their basic forms first.

Changes are above.I would highly recommend you to evolve these and level them up.Also invest in a HM slave because u dont want to keep the HM's on your lineup its a waste.

Well...You could teach Bellsprout Acid for a posion move.I would gain STAB from it too.

Yeah but, I WANT those pokemon on the team, so I want HM moves to be on them.

You don't need HM moves to be on your team, once you've got past all the places that require their use, you'll be stuck with bad moves (epsecially Cut and Flash). That's what HM Slaves are for, so you can switch them in where they are needed. But if you insist..

Squirtle:

Keep Surf, add Seismic Toss, Blizzard, Earthquake

Spearow:
Drill Peak
Fly
Mirror Move/Fury Attack
Agility

Mirror Move, maybe Toxic over Agility, to take advantage of the one turn of immunity when using Fly

Pikachu:
Thunder
Flash
Quick Attack
Thunder Wave

Agreeing totally with Dragon Reborn here, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Body Slam, Swords Dance

Flamethrower/Fireblast/Fire Spin
Tail Whip

Personally, Fire Blast, Body Slam and Substitute in the next two slots, keep Confuse Ray

Bellsprout:
Razor Leaf/Vine Whip
Cut
Sleep Powder
Stun Spore

Razor Leaf, Swords Dance over Stun Spore. You'll want the enemy asleep due to Cut's accuracy.

You have a x3 Ice weakness (Bellsprout, Sandshrew, Spearow), but there are few ingame pokemon with powerful ice attacks, other than Lorelei, who Pikachu and Vulpix should be able to take out easily.
