Blaziken - White Herb could be useful with Overheat if you think you might need to use it more than once, or you could use Flamethrower/Fire Blast.

Milotic - some alternate ideas:
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Recover/Rest
-Mirror Coat/Sleep Talk

Well I don't know about that...from what I've seen, Milotic can be 2-3 hit KO'd by most Electric/Grass Types with good Sp.Att....so MC'ing a Tbolt or Giga Drain could be useful, but I agree that beyond that, it won't be doing much. I personally am using Rest/Talk and it seems to be working decently.

Rock Side>EQ on 'Ken, that and Uppercut hit everything Earthquake does except non-Levitate poisons. Naughty can be used on Blaziken with Flamethrower. Adamant is with Fire Blast/Overheat because those moves are strong enough to deal with the -SpA.
