My Charizard

[Nin10dude]

I'm by no means a really hardcore Pokemon trainer, so, I need some help with my Charizard. I already have most of his moveset, but I just need help with one last move, and I also have no idea what item to give him... his moveset so far is:

Flamethrower
Earthquake
Aerial Ace

And, yeah, like I said, I still need an item. Any help is appreciated.

Belly Drum/Swords Dance/Dragon Dance are good 4th moves.
Also, Leftovers are your friend.

Something along the lines of:

Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Belly Drum

Aerial Ace, even though STABed, will only do 90 base dmg. Which means that Earthquake and Rock Slide, which covers almost every type, are better.

yes but Eathquake takes care of most of the things rock slide can do and aerial ace can work against fighting types and it is STABed

AA+EQ covers a lot of stuff, and the fire attack covers the rest excluding Aerodactyl

I would recommend using Brick Break instead of Aerial Ace, as it is useful for killing the rock types that are Charizard's bane. As a last move, have Sword Dance instead of Belly Drum, because Belly Drum is too risky. It will drastically up the power of physical moves like Brick Break and Earthquake. And like F_M said, have leftovers attached.

If you're going for a Mixed Charizard, you can use this:

Rash nature?
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Earthquake
HP Grass for Rock and Water types.

@Petaya/Leftovers.

That covers it's weaknesses.
This is like my third time at team rating/fixing so if somting's wrong, don't bash me.

Covering the weaknesses isn't all you should do. For usually, even if you cover the weaknesses, you won't stand a chance of killing your weakness in one. Even if it is Super effective. Also, you will need the sexy STAB on AA cos most Fighting Pokemon pack a RS. Meaning AA>Brick Break on Zard. Besides, whats it gonna BB that EQ wont get harder? Ice Types? *cough* Fire Typing *cough*
