Netbattle website> Downloads> Download a mirror> Start menu> All programs> Hubertware> Netbattle.
That's the basic way to do it.

What I think he's saying is that his cousin downloaded netbattle but he it doesn't work when his cousin is trying to open it. Am I correct? Because that's the same problem I'm having.

Is it set up correctly and does your computer meet the specs? Also, one other thing that could cause this is a firewall.
