Can bring down whole teams. HP Ice hurts mence. Can't kill swampert, unfortunately.
Raikou is quite ineffective w/o Dugtrio support, but if it works for you...

Sunny Day+Flamethrower kills. Morning sun can fully recover hp, and hp grass kills swampert which is something that raikou is no capable of.

Lol agiligross. Speed EVs are for outrunning jask after a agility. Definitly considering rockslide>tpunch and adamant.
lol who the **** switches ninjask into metagross anyway. just give it enough for 198 Spd to outrun base 130s after an agility. You'll need 136 SAtk EVs for having a chance at 2HKOing Skarm, but I'd suggest Explosion over it.
tbh CBgross works better than agiligross anyway though..

Needs the attack because of no curse. Eats special hits, takes status and rests them away, whilst attacking w/ sleeptalk.
the current EVs won't work. at least 140 HP EVs (gives it max lefties recovery iirc), but you can just go for 204 HP EVs, which is imo better. Also give it 168 SDef EVs, then distribute the rest in Atk and Def. Be sure to have like 180 Def.

DDmence problems to an extent, since Donphan can't switch in that many times due to not having Rest.. so give it Rest imo (you have got a beller so it should work).

HP rock has only slightly less power for better accuracy, and Donphan's not exactly quick enough to make many things flinch.
