Agreed about the last part. the AI aren't gonna care.

About Lugia, chances are, being in Crystal, it can't learn Aeroblast and can only get it through Stadium2, though I cannot remember how. If you cannot get it, Shadow Ball is a good option where Aeroblast is supposed to be. If you can get it, great.

Wait, can Feraligatr even get Body Slam in GSC? Ah well, if you're willing to rebreed, Rock Slide can be a good option, as is Earthquake.

Actually, Dragonite can be pretty solid, just needs to be kept away from ice haha.

Extreme Speed is good, Body Slam is better.

If you don't have the patience to breed for HP Fighting, though, go with .TraX's moveset.

~Surf gets you STAB, Ice Beam gives you something else to do, Roar and Rest are for those annoying Spikers.

Feraligatr
Hydro Pump, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Curse
~Hydro Pump for extra power, Earthquake for Electric types, Rock Slide's cool, and Curse to boost Attack.

Lugia
Curse, Aeroblast, Earthquake, Recover
~Skarmory and Zapdos nullify this moveset, so be careful. Let Aeroblast loose after a few Curses, and you'll take down a ton of stuff .

Shiny Houndoom (lucky you )
Fire Blast, Crunch, Rest, Sleep Talk
~Sleep Talk can help give Fire Blast some PPs.
