You have a 3x weakness to electric, ground, water and a 4x weakness to rock. You may want to vary your typing a bit. There is also no originality because all you use are five legendaries and a starter. Also, why do you have HMs such as Fly and Cut being used? There are HM *****s for a reason. The only HMs you should use are Surf and SOMETIMES Whirlpool, but Whirlpool doesn't cut it with this team. These are some movesets I like:

GeorgeCollins is right about your team. You'll get pwned in a battle with a trainer useing multiple different types. And since your Suicune has only Water and Ice type attacks, it's wide open to a pokemon resisting those types and carrying an electric attack. Lugia and Ho-oh are simply no good with swift (Lugia) and Dragonbreath (Ho-oh, BTW what is that move doing on Ho-oh???) in place of Aeroblast and Sacred Fire (Lugia's and Ho-oh's "signature" moves). I agree with GeorgeCollins' movesets for your Pokemon.

Thats one of the things that annoys me as well.

Some people said it was either 88 or 99 but in Silver and Gold they already have those attacks.

Nice team though, i have 2 dogs but Raikou is being a PAIN.
