Regice isn't as good as Latias as defending against Special Hits, only when it is holding the Sould Dew though.
As you are using an Uber team, use Latias.

If I had to use an uber, It would none other than kingdra. Screws with mewtwo, raikou, and even regice can't stop it. Also kills endrev heracross and latias. You can switch when blissey comes out, but hydro pump does 31% damage to blissey with max sp.def and HP. ;230;

 

[Tazzler]

Kingdra isn't an uber and its not even close to becoming one.

Most ubers will just calm mind-recover up on kingra making it worthless.

Mewtwo will calm mind up, strick with nuetal bolt/beams.

Raikou is barely seen in ubers, if any.

Regice will paralyze it and husrt with nuetral ice beams.

Latias w/soul dew and calm mind, ice beam does squat and it will kill with dragon claw.

It'd be too late for mewtwo and other individuals to CM because Hydro pump from kingdra already knocked out mewtwo and all the other Ubers. Kingdra with sea incense can knock out mewtwo with hydro pump in the rain. I've seen it happen, and if regice paralyzad it, Kingdra would be still faster than regice because of swift swim.

Kingdra can't do crap to Regice, Blissey, or Shedinja.

Regice: It will crap on you with Ice Beam after paralyzing you. Hydro Pump is a 3HKO. Regice is faster than a paralyzed Kingdra, even with the rain out. Not to mention that you most likely won't be attacking every turn while paralyzed...

Blissey: Hydro Pump won't do crap to it, as it's a 4HKO; Blissey will laugh off the damage with Softboiled, and then proceed to crap on you with Thunder Wave and Seismic Toss.

Shedinja: LOL. Kingdra can't even touch this.
