The pictures are good, indeed.
But I'm sorry to say that I don't really like the cards. You have some nice ideas, but the wording is really off. On the Aruseus card you forget to put the damage. The first attack from both Parukia and Diaruga is too strong, even for an EX.
And Giratina EX Pokebody is overpowered, too.

Aruseus ex - 200HP? Too strong, really. Plus, it isn't a Light-type Pokémon. All the placements attack-wise are incorrect, as is the wording. The two attacks don't even make sense. Retreat cost placement is wrong, as is the placement for the card number and code. Good try though. 5/10.
Parukia ex - why the massive 'ex' in the attack box? Placements are better but still slightly wrong. Attack and Poké-Body make sense this time but the wording is incorrect. 6/10.
Giratina ex - back to the bad placements. Poké-Body and the first attack wording are completely off, and the weakness is off too. No code, card number or rarity says bad. 3/10.
Diaruga ex - awful. I can't see anything right with it. 2/10.

They are allowed to be a bit broken if there too broken they can just be promos baned from tournments.
I realy loved the Giratina the only problem i have is that it's not a dark type!
