My Dialga. Need help.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I didn't know where else to ask. Could someone tell me if this is worth keeping?

Dialga - #483 (Rash)
HP: 3 - 4
Att: 20 - 21
Def: 24 - 25
SpA: 22 - 23
SpD: 31
Speed: 20 - 22

id get rid of it just for the simple fact it is a dialga good ivs though

I'd get rid of it because of it's poor HP. It can take hits because of that even though its Sp. Def and Def are amazing.

And it's not too fast so it can't strike first too often even though it is a steel type pokemon.

Get rid of it thats a poor dialga you have got there

Me recomends that you trade for another dialga with better stats
