There is no need to use multiple damaging moves of the same type (i.e. Hydro Pump + Surf). All that does is waste slots that could be used for other damaging moves. The only exception is Priority moves.

I think what he really needs is a physical attacker, since he already has two special attackers. On the other hand, there are only five pokemon on this team, so it's fine either way. Meh. I think you need a wall though.
