Never should the Spraycan tool be the only aplicator of color and the lines are far too messy, but otherwise its okay. I like how you shaded it.

Acturally the spray can tool does have it's place, but only for special effects color application, like shading... The sketch quality of the lines is better left B&W and increased, or cleaned up with the eraser tool... The eye is very cute and that is a classic dragon pose... I like how the tail ends too...

Wow, I guess dragon-related art threads are more and more popular

I find your dragon out cute fellow, but you could be more focused on the coloring, unless you were in hurry when doing this.
