My Emerald pokemon look like ruby or sapphire pokemon

My sprites like Exploud and sceptile look like they are from ruby or sapphire

What do you mean? The Emerald sprites are 2 frames animated, the RS one, and the one you see here in the avatars. They usually stay looking like RS Pokemon after they do the animation.
