I'm really not us Ninjask as a attacker im using him as more of a sub-passer thats why i need the defence.
k for my Ninjask I thought about these EV's:
196 HP / 140 Def / 114 SDef / 60 Spd

I agree with ur other suggestions apart from Surf Ludi and the moveset for Metagross and Salamence, i may have sent u in the wrong direction by putting Leftovers on Metagross so i've decided to put Choice Band on Metagross

::EDIT:: K i've decided to scrap Ninjask and go for Agiligross and DDmence. Now i was thinking to fill the last spot maybe a special sweeper like Sceptile

SubSeed is more useful than Crunch and Brick Break on Sceptile.

I put Brick Break & Crunch in to make my team have a wider coverage of types (since all my friends use very different pokemon) SubSeed wud be cool but i got a Seeder in Ludi and recently i haven't been very impressed by Substitute, Brick Break is there for ppl who think there clever by switching in a special spounge.

yeah, but sceptile's sattack > his attack and you won't be doing very good damage with BB even against something like lax. (about 35% damage on the average 200 defence and 510 HP lax, and about 37.5% damage on the average blissey w/ 704 hp and 130 defense) <-- and that's w/ max attack and adamant.

However, you can argue that it's better than the 12 ish% damage dealt w/ leaf blade, but if you switch to gross then you can 2hko w/ meteor mash or ohko w/ explosion. On snorlax you can 2hko w/ meteor mash or 1hko w/ explosion.

And, if you are thinking of regice when you say this then I got bad news. BB will do 35.5% damage on a bold regice with 300 defense and 336 hp, and most regices have 352 anyways.

Or even cloyster it will do between 27 and 32% damage.

Point made across: don't use brick break on sceppy
