IMO use EQ / return / hydro pump / filler/agility <for fast hits, although you'll probably be dead by the time you agili up...
You could BP some speed or defense to it with a gorebyss to...

The Hm's you really need to give to your main pokemon are surf and fly.You can always just use pokemon from off the pc for meanligness tasks such as cutting trees , moving boulders , diving under water etc.

Modest on Sceptile if you are using the all out damaging set or Timid if Subseed.
