You should take advantage of the Calm Mind boost and give Gardevoir Ice Beam or Hidden Power or even Shadow Ball.

    Milotic
    -Ice Beam
    -Mirror Coat
    -Surf
    -Hypnosis

    Crobat
    -Hypnosis
    -U-Turn
    -Taunt
    -Aerial Ace

    Aggron@Choice Band
    -Earthquake
    -Focus Punch
    -Hidden Powe
    -Rock Slide

    ^Choice band setup

    Metagross
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Zen Headbutt
    -Iron Defense

    Gardevoir
    -Calm Mind
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
    -Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam

Also moved my movesets to this thread just in case you need a base

Not to nitpick but Gardevoir can't learn Ice Beam. It can, however, learn Ice Punch via a tutor in Emerald, which is still special in Gen 3.

    Likewise, U-Turn is a Gen 4 move.

As for the team itself, changes in bold.

    Go with KillerDraco's suggestions, but:

EQ over Ice Punch on Aggron, or just do Substitute and Focus Punch over Iron Tail and Ice Punch. Iron Tail is meh coverage, and Ice Punch is special

Explosion over Ice Punch on Metagross.

Ice Punch over Shadow Ball on Gardevoir.

Some sort of Physical move over Dragon Claw on Altaria, and Aerial Ace over Fly. If you have access to XD then give it a support set utilizing Heal Bell. Altaria attacking stats are meh.

    Replace Gardevoir with Alakazam.

Earthquake over Dragon Claw on Altaria, though I'd drop it for Mence

Any move > Recover on Milo. Healing items exist for a reason...

Don't use Ice Punch on Aggron. He has low Special Attack.

    The rest is fine, though.

maybe drop metgross cause you already have aggron and gardevoir for maybe a shiftry so you have a grass/ dark type with decent speed
and maybe drop altaria for a flygon or salamence ps you can teach salamence hydropump via eggmoves though im guessing most people knew that
