Ariados (Haven't gotten still trying to get an Egg Move)

and I don't know what other two pokemon to use, I want to use an Electric or Grass type for one of them so any suggestions for any of the spots.

Hmmm. This set has a few bad parts.
1. Noctowl is NOT a psuedo passer, and fly gives the opponent a free switch.
2. Houndoom is alright except for faint attack, replace with crunch.
3. Octillery's set is not the best. Psychic isn't that great for it, try sludge bomb or rock blast. Thunder wave could be used too.
