My first 5th Gen OU team

Hey guys, I've been lurking these forums for a while, and I JUST decided to sign up and have you guys rate one of my teams.

Chichi (Jirachi) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Trick
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch

So this is my lead, his job is to either trick the choice scarf onto opposing leads, and set up rocks on their switch out, or iron head/fire punch leads such as Aerodatcyl or Archeops.

Volcarona (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I use this to switch in on a physical attacker to activate Flame Body, or just on any move that's not very effective on it. Bug Buzz and Fiery Dance are both STAB moves and raise my stats or lower my opponents. HP Ice is for Dragon's that switch in to try and stop my sweep.

Loomy (Breloom) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb

Classic 4th Gen Poke. Spore, Substitute, and then Focus Punch. I have Seed Bomb in case I don't think I can set up Subspore.

Garchomp (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dual Chop
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

I'm pretty sure Garchomp is OU until they finish testing him again. Dual Chop to get rid of Subs or Sturdy, other moves for STAB. Stone Edge for that chance at getting a critical.

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- ExtremeSpeed
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Punch

Switch in on a wall, and DD up. With a priority move, I can revenge kill Poke's as well. Fire Punch is for Nattorei or for steel types resistance to both ExtremeSpeed and Outrage.

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Trait: Trace
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Recover

My newest favorite Pokemon. With Eviolite, his defenses get boosted to MASSIVE amounts. I can switch this in on a Pokemon with Flash Fire, Volt Absorb, etc, which I predict are going to use a move of the corresponding type (think Heatran vs my Jirachi). I can switch this in on Pokemon with Speed Boosts and turn my Porygon2 into a mini-sweeper. TWave is for Sweepers that might deal a threat, and the BoltBeam combo for Super effective hits. Recover is to stall.

a) you have both dual chop and outrage on garchomp. and dragonite also has it. garchomp would be better to switch in to revenge kill as it resist SR (dragonite is weak to it) dragonite also needs the setup with DD

b) volcarona with a focus sash is prob a waste if they have stealth rocks.

Dual chop is to switch in on subs, and outrage is just for all out attacking? xD
so should i just scrap Dragonite in favour of another poke? :S

you have a good point there..but most times, my Jirachi gets them before they can setup.. i'll consider adding life orb instead xD the focus sash is just there to enable me to get at least one quiver dance up

the team looks good but i would drop the dragonite for something else like.......... a baton passer (vaporeon) or another wall (ferrothorn or spirtomp)

Reading ADWD
ferrothorn would be a good option to counter the chance you run into a rain team and can also work against sandstorm teams. also counters the water/grounds porygon2 wont hit well. vaporeon would also work as a counter/cleric, but HP grass would be the only good way to counter water

I would agree for life orb volcarons

Dragonite can stay on as a sweeper. to make garchomp the revenge killer/sub breaker, try crunch to counter ghosts and the oft psychic. would ruin gengar.
