its not particually advanced stuff, but its good that you understand the way of deleting the layers and the main ways of the programme you use, what is the programme, if its not imageready then i cant help you bu if it is ill hep you with a more advanced one

it's not it is Bannershop GIF Animator 5.0 but i basically know what to do I figured out how to increase the speed.
