My First Competitive Team

Well, I always wanted to be good at competitive battling, so I decided to make my own team first, just to see how good I am at making teams. This is for the OU Metagame.

*Is this set standard becuz I used it in-game before, and the AI couldn't touch me... is this set standard?

*I want to replace Crunch with Hidden Power Grass or Ice, I can't decide. Either way, that would require me to have really good IVs, so can anyone tell me a place where I can figure out the IVs of my pokemon without them being at lvl 100?

I chose Gengar instead of Tyraniboah as my SkarmBliss counter becuz with Tyran, I would have a major fighting weakness.

yup, thats fine. Though I like some more HP, and Double-Edge over Return.

I think I will go with Hidden Power Ice, because it gives me max Speed, Special Attack, and Special Defense. And where is that IV Guide F_M?

How about Shell Bell on Gengar? I was thinking about putting it on Starmie, but I will not, since it already has Lefties.

Edit: Since someone posted I have a DDTtar weakness, I thought of using this Suicune:

I don't think it needs any Special Attack or Special Defens EVs, becuz of Calm Mind, but I may be wrong. I was also thinking of putting more EVs into Speed, what do u guys think?
