My first fan sprite

The trainer in the tc is my first ever fan sprite!

This is without reading a tutorial or anything, so go easy on me.

It's not bad to be a first, oh oh.

Why not use more shading tones? Outlines aren't necessarily black or a too dark to be true colour XD The guitar is pretty nice, but needs shading, the face is too odd. :c

You should probably post the TC in the first post, because people might be looking at this after you took it out of your sig.

The head is small. Did you make it yourself? If not, you must have not put enough of the "body" when you got rid of the hair.

On the cape, the outline is more than one pixel thick on the inside.

The guitar's lineart looks good, but the outline needs shading.

Certainly very good for your first sprite, but not without flaws.

Thanks you two. Its actually supposed to be this guy.
He's the lead guitarist in U2 and if you dont know what that is i hate you.
Do you still think the head is weird?
I actually used Archie's head and changed the proportions to make it longer.

Yes, I still think the head is weird. >< It's too small. The length-to-width ratio is good, it just needs to be bigger.

OK i'll work on that and post it here maybe tomorrow. I'll fix the otherthings you mentioned and edit my first post so it has the pic in it.

Guitar's outline still needs a bit of work, don't make it black, it's too much of a contrast between the inside scheme and the exterior lining.

It's pretty good indeed, I think you'll be great if you keep on practicing. :]

How's this?

I experimented with different shades of grey, but it never looked right, so i switched the guitar to red. Now it matches his outfit anyway
