The lineart is too thick and scruffy. Try using a smaller size brush. And make the shadows match the main color more closely.

Not shabby for Microsuck Paint though.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but what it the best software to create pictures on?

On Topic: I think that these pictures are great to say that you have done them on MSP. I know first hand ho difficult it can be to do are using that crappy software.

Acctually I drew a picture (and posted it up in this area) that I drew the intentional picuture on MS Paint, but blurred the shading on Photoshop Elements and made a scene

(I use Photoshop Elements because It came with my tablet and is very easy to use!)

It looks kinda sloppy, but it may be mouse. I think you should remove the beedrill and ditto so there won't be controversy.
