Well, the shading on it is good, but the outlines are black and grey. Try recoloring the outlines, and it will make the sprite look much better. Look at the tutorials stickied at the top of the forum, and at least one of them will teach you to properly outline shade.

I liked how you did the coloring of it except for the outline of it, could of been done a little better.

Yes I use MS paint
part of revamping is giving the sprite a better outline
