my first scratch and my new sprite groudonite

dont bash me on my scratch its my first scratch and i would like some critque on how to improve and such

That is the most fabulous first scratch sprite ever.The mix....its shading is so smooth that I can't tell where you mixed it at all.

well the scratch is excellent the best i have seen and the groudon is good except you should kinda put more stuff on it then wings.

I really hope you two are being sarcastic...I'm sorry, but these aren't very good at all. For one thing, I'm pretty sure the first one isn't completely scratch, and the second certainly isn't. The parts need to blend together, and look natural. Work on defining a light source, and making sure shading is correct. Read some tutorials, and work on a basic mix, maybe Vulpix and Pikachu.
