It's pretty crappy, actually.
The shape is terrible. All you did was try to draw a blob. A badly shaped blob.
You have no idea how to shade. You just randomly made parts darker for the sake of adding shading. You lack the understanding of how to shade properly, which I admit is hard to do. Still, you could have tried harder and put more effort into it.
The eyes are rather large and the mouth is a bit too long. And it looks like it's on crack or something.
Try putting a bit more effort into your scratches and read some tutorials. They should help.

the shading is horrible
make it a normal ditto NOT one that has been run over!!
