Well, I'm not exactly new to spriting, I've been doing it for a while, but this is the first one I made scratch.

Great they are both very nice but if I had to choose which one is better I will have to say the 1st one because it does not have that thing connected to the head or is that a part of the wing. The shiny ones look great also.

Wow! These sprites are incredible! Intricate and professional-looking! Even though it's so complex, it still has that believable look about it - not out of proportion or muddled, almost as though it could be real. ^^ Great work!

You know, it is like Gardevoir's angel form. You could do like, an angel and demon mode for every Pokemon! That is awsome btw.

Gardy's great, but Togetic and Scizor aren't all that much. They're not badly done - don't get me wrong - but the poses of both are a bit wierd. And on Scizor, the legs and body look a bit out of proportion. The bottom part of Scizor's bosy seems too big, and the bottom part of the legs are a bit too fat at the feet, while to top parts are a bit too thin.

The Gardevoir is by far the best. It really is amazing. And you didn't even use Gardevoir as a base-it's all completely scratch! *in awe*
Very cool, creative spin on Gardevoir, I must say. It's expertly done, the designs being very intracate. The creature itself looks elegent and divine. How did you get the inspiration to create it?


The Togetic is good, but not quite as impressive. Truth be told, I think it looks a bit too round (especially its backside) and its other leg looks weird. It's cute though, and its facial expression seems full of curiosity and wonder.

Again, the Scizor is good, but just doesn't compare to the Gardevoir. Its shape is a bit off, especially its abdomen. Quite good, otherwise.


Keep up the wonderful work, and I hope to see more sprites like the Gardevoir soon!

Well, I guess the fact that my favorite Pokemon is Gardevoir had a lot to do with it, but the inspiration to do it actually came from another sprite, which someone did a loooong time ago, of an 'attack mode' Gardevoir, and I liked it so much that I wanted to make my own. The only thing that they share are the wings, except mine are open and spread out and the other sprite's are closed and close together.

The Scizor was pretty hard to do. The body outline I did was pretty cool, but then it took me forever to do the head, at it still looks a bit odd. Bleh. Next time I'm doing the head first and drawing the body afterwards. I've never been really goo d at head/body proportions, which is why I never did scratch spriting. I guess Ditto or Diglett would've been easy...

Ooh I always love scratch sprites! Probably because I suck at them myself n__n These are amazing. I think I like the Togetic most but the Scizor and gardy come close second!
