Abzebel
never save as .jpg (unless you have photoshop and make it high quality). But with paint .jpg totaly screws up a sprite. But keep practising and don't add that colored background again, it hurts my eyes

Err, all you did was do that "mirror" effect and slap Sneasel's arms on. Almost the same for the second one, just with Celebi (I'm pretty sure) and you added something to it.
You need to keep practicing.
